What is the DMCA?
The DMCA(Digital Millennium Copyright Act) was passed by the U.S. Congress in 1998 to deal with copyright infringement by electronic means, particularly over the Internet. StreamGuys has registered with the U.S. Copyright Office as required by this law.

Reinstatement
StreamGuys is required by law to remove or block access to customer content upon receipt of a proper notice of copyright infringement. It is also StreamGuys's policy to terminate the privileges of customers who commit repeat violations of copyright laws. StreamGuys will cooperate fully with any civil or criminal litigation arising from the violation of this policy.
If we receive a counter notification from our subscriber, we will reinstate the material in question unless we receive, during the period stated in the DMCA, notice from the Complainant that it has filed an action at the appropriate district court seeking a court order to restrain our subscriber from engaging in infringing activity.
